Our Response in Worship

Romans1:21 For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

A normal assumption is that when one enters a zone that is full of light, all darkness disappears around him. However, the above scripture seems to point to another direction because of the response that one chooses.

When God reveals Himself to a man, it must be like light that has come to expose every dark spot. We must never get to a place where we get used to the revelation of who God is but still choose to continue in our old ways; choose that path of sin, hate, evil, unrepentence, bitterness, unforgiveness, wickedness and all other hurtful things.

When you get a revelation of who God is, worship Him as such. It is so much grace and an honour when God reveals Himself to men. We must never get so used to getting in and out of God’s presence and come out the same without transformation.

After a revelation of who God is, capture your negative thoughts, passions, and evil intentions and choose to submit to the total control of the God who has revealed the light. Repent and see the need to continue in submission to Him. When Isaiah got the revelation, he saw all evil on him and continued to seek the God that had shone the light. The light of God struck Paul on his way to persecute the church. The light Paul received was enough to change his name and destiny.

Never continue to walk in darkness when the bright light of God that comes through revelation shines on your path.

Allow His light to shine and choose to transform.

Blessings on you all dear Worship Space family...
